Well, I woke up this morning and I was 191.6 lbs. Not bad for the start of the week. So progress continues. I started reading a book by call “Food over Medicine” a conversation between Pamela A. Popper, PhD, ND and Glen Merzer. I have not gotten very far into it but it seems to be a pretty lite read.
Anyway, felt pretty good this weekend, so far I have been able to make the lifestyle change with out too much trouble. I find it really helps to continually watch the videos about nutrition and read books on the topic.
