This morning I weighed in at 191.0 lbs. So my weight is slowly decreasing. I do wonder if I am eating too much or too little. I have not found a good reference as to how much salad a person should eat in a day. So far I have been using those plastic tuple ware containers as a gage as to how much food I should eat at a particular sitting. May be that should be my next search. I should find a chart as to how much food a person should consume.
