Well as I suspected yesterday my weight did go up ever so slightly 190.1 lbs. It is strange but I can really tell when I am going to drop and when I am going to retain my lbs just by the way I feel in the morning.
On the days that I loose weight my stomach isn’t as tight and I actually feel like I have a boost of energy. On the days that I gain I usually feel a bit “Full” (that is the best description I can come up with.) I need to pay more attention as to if my sleep is better or not. I am not exactly what one would call a morning person.
