Sam’s Vegan Update

Well, I was 189.7 this morning. I did go for a walk this morning. I am not sure where I heard it, but somewhere on a video I saw it said it is better to exercise on an empty stomach in order to lose weight. So this morning I woke up at 6AM and took my dog on a 40 minute walk. (I also heard that you should do at least a brisk walk for 30 mins a day 4 days a week. ) So I think I started the day out on a good foot. (get it good foot … walk … I crack my  self up.)
