Sam’s Vegan Update

Well I was 186.5 lbs today. Slightly up from yesterday. I think that I don’t do well when I eat that Vegan whole grain spaghetti. I seem to hold on to my weight. Where as when I eat raw vegetables, cooked beans or steam vegetables. I do much better and see better results.

Now I do not have any scientific measurements to this but it is sort of my intuition. I am playing with a potential mathematical model of different diets in my head. I have not tried to see if it actual works but as the days go by I will post more of those thought on my updates.
