Sam’s Vegan Update

Today I weighted in at 185.6 lbs. As promised I will start to post my meals hopefully people will chime in with some suggestions on what I should remove or include. So what did I have for breakfast.

  • 1 cup of Steal Cut Oats.
  • 1 teaspoon of Molasses for calcium.
  • 1. tea spoon of Chia Seeds.
  • 6 Grapes.
  • 1 Slice of Watermelon.
  • Vitamin B12.

I know sounds like not too much but I was not that hungry this morning and I was running short on time.  I will post my lunch later today.
