Today I weighted in at 185.6 lbs. As promised I will start to post my meals hopefully people will chime in with some suggestions on what I should remove or include. So what did I have for breakfast.
- 1 cup of Steal Cut Oats.
- 1 teaspoon of Molasses for calcium.
- 1. tea spoon of Chia Seeds.
- 6 Grapes.
- 1 Slice of Watermelon.
- Vitamin B12.
I know sounds like not too much but I was not that hungry this morning and I was running short on time. I will post my lunch later today.
