I was 186.2 lbs. I think I have isolated what causes me to stop losing weight and retain water. Salt. I am think this this just something with me but I am not sure. I have found that whenever I eat food that has a lot of Salt that I put on about 3 lbs. (probably water) but it takes me 3 to 4 days to release that weight again.
So, I am going to do my best to limit my Salt intake. (That is really difficult when going out because it seems that all restaurants love to add oil and salt to all their dishes.) I think I will be OK though.
